Soul Calibur New Title From Namco
Namco has just announced that they will soon start work on a new Soul Calibur title, a move which many gamers did not anticipate.
Although it has been a while since the last title was released, there will no doubt be many who will be looking forward to it.
Daishi Odashima announced the news on his Twitter page; he is the designer of Soul Calibur and is excited about creating yet another version of the fighting game which although it has garnered only mild popularity will be returning once again.
Odashima told fans to get ready for another Soul Calibur as it has been officially confirmed. The photo that was posted of him on Twitter depicted the designer sitting alongside a few computers with Soul Calibur weaponry on them, giving fans a little taste of what is to come with revealing too much.
Apparently the designer has been working on the new game for a while but only recently did he feel comfortable enough to officially announce the news to the public that it would in fact be getting another title in the near future.
The last title for the game was Soul Calibur IV which was released back in 2008 and there has not been another since then.
